Assistant Professor of Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding, she has over twenty years of experience in the field of conflict resolution stretching from interpersonal to international mediation. Her current focus is developing conflict resolution skills at the level of habit k-12 and revising social and behavioral sciences requirements in high school and undergraduate education. She has directed and worked with several community mediation programs. Her consulting work in conflict resolution extends from curriculum development work with schools and gang prevention to intervention work with schools, businesses and city governments. She has taught conflict resolution in the United States, Russia, and Chile.
