Dr. Burckhard Mohr earned his B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Linguistics at UC Berkeley and has been teaching the full range of linguistics courses at CSUDH ever since. While still having an affinity for phonetics/phonology and historical linguistics, his current research focuses on the relationship between the structure of language and the properties of common sense.
