Larry Ferrario is currently an Associate Professor of English. His area of expertise is Rhetoric and Composition, particularly Histories of Rhetoric. He teaches graduate rhetoric and composition courses as well as undergraduate literature and composition courses. Beginning as a high school English teacher, Ferrario has also taught community college English as well as communication courses in a university school of business. He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in English with an emphasis on English Literature from San Jose State University and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in English with a concentration on Rhetoric, Linguistics and Literature from the University of Southern California.
