Thomas Giannotti earned his MA and PhD in English and his BA in English and History, all from UC Riverside. His current graduate-level teaching areas include modern British and American, critical theory, research methods, and rhetoric/composition; he has published in modern and American literature and rhetoric/composition, but Irish writers are his true love, and autobiography is a genre of special interest. He is director of the English Department’s composition program.
